- Rinse. If you love your BBQ and patriotic-themed desserts, remember to chase your meals with some water to give your teeth a good rinse.
- Limit Sugary Foods. Between sweets and BBQ, you’re likely consuming a lot of sugar over the holiday weekend.
- Brush. Even if your party runs into the wee hours, watching fireworks, remember to brush your teeth before bed.
- Floss. Extra important, especially if you’ve been snacking all day.
